Vagari's Cruise

Welcome to Vagari’s 7th winter of sailing. We have put 8,000 miles under Vagari’s keel during those cruises but this year like last year won’t be a high mileage year. We just don’t have the lust for the long cruises that we did when we started cruising but we still enjoy living on board and sailing near our homeport. Welcome aboard! We hope you enjoy our blog. THANKS FOR JOINING OUR SPRING OF ’07 CRUISE

This cruise I plan to make more frequent shorter blog posts. I have learned
to post to the blog via email. It looks like I will be able to do this from
our shipboard computer utilizing our ham radio to transmit the email. We
will see in a week or so it this all works.

We arrived in San Carlos just before noon on Thursday March 15th. Our
fasted trip yet, just under 7 hours. We "splashed" Vagari early Saturday
morning. We are getting ready for a Wednesday (3/21) early morning departure
to the Baja, weather permitting.

As of Monday evening we are looking good.
